1. The Participant understands that this event / activity is potentially hazardous to those taking part and the Participant does so at
his/her own risk;
2. The Participant will not compete in the event / activity unless they are medically 􀀀t on the day of the event / activity and that, in
any case, they will compete at their own risk.
3. To the extent permitted by law, the Participant accepts that Bubble Soccer Sydney or the Venue will not be liable for any loss,
damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of participation in the event / activity.
4. The Participant shall not make any Claim or Demand against Bubble Soccer Sydney or The Venue for any reason whatsoever
including, but not limited to, any Claim or Demand arising as a result of any action, default, commission or negligence of Bubble
Soccer Sydney, and to the fullest extent permitted by law the Participant accepts that Bubble Soccer Sydney or the Venue will not
be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of participation in the event /
activity.
5. I understand that a briefing will be given by a qualified instructor prior to entering bubble suits and the event and will listen to
instructions given and play in accordance to the rules and regulations provided.I accept the risks involved and I am responsible for
my own actions and/or involvement and ill not hold Bubble Soccer Sydney responsible for any unlikely accidents including death
and/or injury.
6. The Participant must comply with all laws in force for the time being and must indemnify and keep Bubble Soccer Sydney
indemnified against any Claim or Demand arising out of a breach or alleged breach of any law by a Participant.
7. Nothing in these terms of participation shall exclude or limit the liability of Bubble Soccer Sydney for personal injury due to its
negligence or its fraud.
8. The Participant will grant permission to Bubble Soccer Sydney to use or
authorise other bonafide agencies to use photographs, motion pictures,
recordings, data or any other record of my
Participation in this event for any legitimate purpose without remuneration.
9. The Participant will behave in a manner that is acceptable to Bubble Soccer
Sydney, the venue and any persons who may be affected by my actions and
behaviour.

"Participant " includes the legal or personal representatives of the Participant; "Bubble Soccer Sydney" means each of its officers, members,
employees, agents and independent contractors and any volunteer assisting it in connection wit h the Event. "Venue" means and includes the
owner, lessee or occupier of the venue and any employee, agent or independent contractor of any such person; “Claim or Demand" means any
claim, demand, action, proceeding, judgement, order, penalty, sentence, loss, award of damage or costs of any nature whatsoever
