Instructions: Before starting the Canada visitors visa questionnaire , you will need the following,
1. Scanned copy of your passport bio page + a scanned copy of all current/expired visas + scanned copy of all stamps in passport
2. Soft/digital copy of your passport picture sized for a Canadian Visa
3. Scanned copy of invitation letter (if applicable)
4. Scanned copy of proof of funds (Bank Statement, Job Letter with paystubs etc),
5. Scanned copy of marriage certificate (if applicable)
6. Scanned of Birth Certificate (if applicable)
7. Proof of relationship to travel contact (if applicable) and
8. Proof of payment (Wire Confirmation or Screenshot of Online Payment).

The Invitation Letter must include the following:
- The relationship between you and your travel contact
- Length of your stay
- Place of Residence (if you will be staying with them)
- Statement of support (if they will be funding the trip)
- Copy of a Canadian government-issued ID
Please note: If your travel contact is funding your stay please include the following:
- Travel Contact's Bank Statement or last 3 pay stubs
- Travel Contact's Job Letter
