Use this form to book a walk online with the Student Walk Home Attendant Team (SWHAT)! Please use this form when booking 15+ minutes in advance. If you would like to book a walk immediately, please call us at 905-525-9140x27500. Your information will be kept confidential. We will text or call you approximately 10 minutes before your walk as a reminder.
