4th street Live! Vendor Form

Before applying for a space at the 4th street live /Art walk event, kindly take note of the additional vending requirements to ensure a smooth and successful participation: Bring Your Own Setup: All vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and tents. Please ensure that your setup is complete and meets your vending needs for the duration of the event. Clean-Up Responsibility: It is essential that vendors clean up their designated space thoroughly once the event concludes. This includes properly disposing of any waste and leaving the area in the same condition it was found. Vendor Fees: All vendors are requested to pay a vendor fee of $35. However, for food vendors, the fee is $65. These fees contribute to the organization and help ensure the success of the event. Booth Setup:Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, and tent (if needed) for their booth space.Setup must be completed between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Please ensure your booth is ready to go by 4:00 PM. 100 4th street Leesburg Event Duration:Vendors are required to remain at the event from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Early breakdown or departure is not permitted. This meeting is essential to allocate spots, provide necessary information, and ensure a coordinated and organized setup. To maintain this standard, all vendor registrations, payments, and communications must be handled directly through us.Important: Vendors participating in 4th Street Live / Art Walk are strictly prohibited from registering, signing up, or affiliating with any other company or organization for this event, including but not limited to any companies involved in 2nd Friday events on 4th Street. This measure is in place to prevent any conflicts of interest and to ensure that our event remains distinct and well-coordinated.Failure to comply with this exclusivity requirement may result in immediate removal from the event and forfeiture of any fees paid.
