    Please note the following:

    1. Boarding Pass Ready: Have your Contract/Purchase Agreement in hand – it's your ticket for this transaction.

    3. Estimated Boarding Time: Anticipate around 15–20 minutes to complete the submission process.

    4. Pre-Flight Inspection: Once your flight plan has been thoroughly reviewed, our Team will determine if your submission can be accepted. 

    5. Clearance Confirmation: All submissions received by 2:00 P.M. Monday - Friday receive same business day processing. If accepted, you'll receive email & text clearance confirmation (Services Agreement & invoice) within one (1) business day or sooner.

  • After Submitting Your Flight Plan

    Your submission will undergo a thorough review to ensure we have all the necessary information to provide you with the best possible service.

    If Cleared for Takeoff:

    -- Services Agreement: You'll receive a Services Agreement for your e-signature, outlining the specifics of our management & coordination services for your transaction.

    -- Invoice: An invoice for a 50–60% non-refundable deposit will be issued. Your transaction's journey will commence as soon as we finalize the Services Agreement and receive your deposit.

    Initiating Escrow:

    -- Upon processing your deposit payment, we'll initiate Escrow with the Escrow/Title Company/Closing Attorney, unless otherwise discussed.  

    -- The remaining 40-50% balance for our services will be included on the Closing or Settlement Statement (HUD-1) for final billing at the close of escrow (COE).

    Additional Services:

    Please note: A transaction may have multiple services, resulting in multiple charges, depending on how the deal is being structured.

    If additional transaction services become necessary during your transaction's journey, there will be supplementary charges.

    These extra costs will be separately invoiced & we'll always seek your consent before proceeding.

    We strive to provide an accurate estimate of all potential costs based on your initial selections & your invoice will clearly break down these details.
