Liability Waiver & Release

By booking and using this space, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in activities and/or hosting an event at this venue, and I assume all risks associated with such activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

I agree to take full responsibility for myself, my guests, invitees, and any parties using the space under my booking, and to ensure compliance with all house rules, posted policies, and applicable laws.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the venue owner, their officers, affiliates, employees, and agents, as well as the booking platform through which this reservation was facilitated from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney
9s fees) arising from or related to my use of the premises, whether caused by my actions, the actions of my guests or third parties, or by conditions of the space.

I agree to indemnify and defend the venue owner and the booking platform against any claims or actions brought by third parties in connection with my booking or use of the space.

I understand that this waiver applies to myself and all persons in my party.

Damage Policy Acknowledgment

By booking this space, I acknowledge that I am responsible for any damage to the venue, its furnishings, equipment, or property caused by myself, my guests, or any vendors or contractors invited by me during the rental period. I agree to promptly report any damages or incidents to the host and/or the booking platform. I further acknowledge that I may be liable for the costs of repair or replacement, and that the host and/or booking platform reserves the right to withhold or deduct such amounts from my security deposit, payment method on file, or to seek additional recovery as permitted by law.

Incident Reporting

All incidents1including accidents, injuries, property damage, disturbances, or policy violations1must be reported to the host and the booking platform as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after the event or discovery. To report an incident, please complete the Incident Report Form available in your dashboard or Help Desk. Provide as much detail as possible, including photos, witness statements, and any other relevant documentation. Prompt reporting helps ensure safety, timely response, and proper resolution of any claims.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the venue owner and their respective officers, agents, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys
9 fees) arising out of or related to my use or rental of the space, the actions or omissions of myself or my guests, or any violation of applicable laws or agreements. This indemnification obligation survives the end of my booking and applies to all related claims and proceedings.

Permit & Licensing Responsibility

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility, as the booking guest and/or event organizer, to obtain and maintain all necessary permits, licenses, or other authorizations required by local, state, or federal law for the intended use of the venue. This may include, but is not limited to, permits for large gatherings, sales, food and beverage service, alcohol consumption, live entertainment, or special equipment. I agree to provide copies of such permits or licenses to Unaffiliate or the host upon request, and understand that failure to obtain or present required documentation may result in cancellation of my booking or denial of access to the venue, without refund.
