We at LouLou's Permanent Jewelry House are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the jewelry pieces you purchase from us. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding repairs, replacements, and care for your jewelry.

If your jewelry piece experiences any breakage within 14 days of purchase due to manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, we will provide a complimentary reapir or re-welding service. 

In the unfortunate event that you lose your piece of jewelry within 14 days of purchase, we offer a replacement chain at half the original purchase price. This policy is only applicable within the intial 14-day period from the date of purchase. 

Tarnishing of jewelry is a natural process and can occur due to various external factors, such as exposure to chemicals in products we use as well as environmental conditions. We, LouLou's Permanent Jewelry House, are not held responsible for tarnish that may develop on your jewelry due to these factors. 

To help maintain the lust and appearance of your jewelry, we recommend cleaning your jewelry. In the event that tarnish persists despite your best efforts, we offer a cleaning service. Please book an appointment for a re-weld/cleaning and we will be pleased to clean your jewelry for you. 

This jewelry policy does not cover damage or defects caused by negligence or misuse by the customer.

For children under 16, there must be a guardian present during the service.
