In Person Sunday Morning Class Registration
Welcome! We are so excited that you have chosen to register for our Tree of Life Learning Program!

Please take a minute to fill out this registration form so we can get you enrolled. The total fee is $1050 per child. There is a $250 enrollment fee per child. The remainding $800 per child can be paid either at the time of registration or in installment over the next few months.

Our first class session will be on October 6th. We are excited to start learning together again!
