    Please read the following before booking an appointment.
  • POLICIES UPDATED JANUARY 2025.

    Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. 

    Call/Text/DM upon arrival to location. 

    Please reschedule if you are feeling sick/unwell.

    No extra guests. 

    No refunds/No exceptions. 

     

    NEW CLIENT POLICY

    $30 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS (VENMO/CASHAPP/APPLE PAY). No deposit needed for services under $30.

    Deposits will go towards the cost of service & are due IMMEDIATELY after appointment has been scheduled to secure appointment day/time.

    NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. 

    PLEASE SEND PROOF OF DEPOSITS WITH NAME & APPOINTMENT DATE/TIME FOR RECORDS. 

    APPOINTMENT INFO WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL ONE (1) DAY PRIOR TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. 

     

    CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

    Please cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. 

    CANCELLATION FEE (after 48 hours) = $35 

    Appointment will automatically be cancelled & assumed a "No Show" after 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.

    20 min late = NO SHOW/CANCELLED APPOINTMENT

    NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN PAYING FOR FULL SERVICE FEE.

    FAILURE TO PAY ANY FEES WILL BE BLOCKED.

     

    LATE POLICY

    Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time.

    If you are not here after 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, a late fee will be applied to your total service ($15 + total service). 

    10 min late = LATE FEE APPLIED

    LATE FEE = $15

     LATE/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW FEES WILL STRONGLY BE ENFORCED. FAILURE TO PAY ANY FEES WILL BE BLOCKED.

    PLEASE RESPECT MY TIME AS MUCH AS I RESPECT YOURS :-)

     

    LASH FILL POLICY

    No foreign refills for quality purposes. 

    Must have at least 50% of extensions on each eye for refills. Less than 50% will be charged as a new set. 

    Refill appointments should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks. Appointments scheduled after 4 weeks will be considered & charged as a new set. 

    ALLERGIES

    Please notify us if you are experiencing an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service.

    If you have had an allergic reaction with any beauty products in the past, please let us know prior to your appointment.
