The Garden Crew - Online Booking Form

OUR PRICES ARE INCREASING - a friendly reminder that as of the 1st January 2026, our standard rate will increase to $60 per job (1.5hrs). We feel this is a reasonable increase that still remains highly competitive and reflects value for money. For our online booking system to function effectively, we need to keep jobs as 1.5hr sessions rather than allowing customers to pick their own length.

Hi there - thanks for visiting! We are a group of NDIS participants looking to help out our local community bring life back to their gardens. A few things to note:

Filling out this form CONFIRMS your booking with us. There is no need to do anything further.
If you would like to book services for longer than the 90min allocation, you will need to make two separate bookings. We will then let our team know to consolidate these bookings and remove the 30min break in between.
At this point in time, we offer our services on Tuesdays & Thursdays between the hours of 9.30am - 3pm. If you require services on a different day of the week, please contact us on 0493 584 186 or email thegardencrew@zerogravity.org.au
We have a flat rate of $45 for the 90min allocation. This includes mowing, edging & weeding services.
Your green waste bin must be made available to us at the time of service. We can remove green waste (lawn clippings, leaves etc.) for $20 per 268L bag. Any other type of rubbish can be quoted on a case by case
You are welcome to pay in cash on the day. Alternatively we can send you an invoice afterwards.
