This form is for those wishing to set up a photo/video shoot appointment with NEVATRUH Productions. Registration deposit is $50. Additional fees will be explained below. Payment plans can be arranged. Shoots will not be considered without initial $50 deposit. Final deposits are expected at the beginning of your Shoot. Let us know how we can help you!
