  • This is the address that your warranty replacement unit will be sent to. Please make sure that you include accurate and complete address details here. No address change requests will be taken hereafter. Also, please make sure that this is the address you will be at within the next ~15 days.

  • Image Guidelines: Please upload images clearly showing all sides of the product. For example:

    • For an IEM - clearly show both sides of the earpieces and the cable termination. Please also show clear images of the connector ports and pins.
    • For a DAC - take a photo of the inputs, outputs, and cables
    • For all products - we need images for all the accessories (cables, power adapters, charging cases). You may exclude eartips and IEM cases.
    • If the images are insufficient, it will delay the approval of your warranty claim.

     

    PLEASE NOTE: We would like to reiterate that Physical damages will not be covered under warranty. If there are any, we won't be able to proceed with the warranty claim at the approval stage or even post receipt of the damaged product.
