I/we the parents or legal Guardians of Association, do hereby grant and duly authorize permission to any adult to administer first-aid and/or seek medical attention for my son/daughter if and when such attention is deemed necessary. I/we the parents or legal guardians of the above-indicated participant in Junior Rodeo Cowboys Association do hereby agree, permit, and consent for my son/daughter to enter all events circled on any and all entry forms submitted by my son/daughter to JRCA, sanctioned rodeos; and will not hold the JRCA, it members, sponsors, directors, and any and all host rodeo clubs or organizations that may produce or sponsor rodeos connected with JRCA responsible in case of any accident or injury to my above named son/daughter during the rodeo year of 2026. I/we the parents or legal guardians of the participant above have read and are familiar with the rules and regulations governing membership and competition in the JRCA and do hereby agree to support and abide by these rules as printed in the 2026 JRCA rulebook and as posted on the JRCA website. I/we the parents or legal guardians of the participant above indicated do hereby assume full financial responsibility for all medical aid rendered covering the rodeo year of 2026 and do hereby release the JRCA for any accident, injury, theft, loss, or damage that may occur during a rodeo, or while traveling to or from a rodeo sanctioned by the JRCA.
