Call for room contribution during our raves - 2025
Welcome to the open call "the beauty in between"
In order to reinforce the multidisciplinary aspects of our rave, we are looking for collectives or individuals who would be interested to ephemerally invest our space. According to your project and needs, you can decide to participate to either cosmic or tilt. We are looking for projects that are not primarily music oriented. A technician can help you set up your project. Please note that ZW is in a diversity-oriented development and particularly encourages submissions from people who are socially marginalised. What can you apply with?
We are looking for immersive, room filling ideas that shape our rooms (for one night or forever actually) into whatever you like. This can be an installation, visual arts, projections and VJ’ing, games and fun, a night theater, performances or ambient/experimental music. Actually what we would like best is everything, everywhere all at once. What we are not looking for is projects that have no conceptual reference to our spaces, dance music only concepts or booking requests. What we offer is three beautiful and technically well equipped rooms, our help to realize your ideas and a budget from 600.- to 1000.-
What's the procedure?
For a contribution between January 1st and June 30th, you can apply until the 10th of December. For a contribution between July 1st and December 31st, you can apply until the 30th of March.

Cosmic is our bi-monthly party that starts as a concert in the BESCHALLUNGSRAUM and continues afterwards in KW. You will be invited to do your project in BESCHALLUNGSRAUM after the concert. Budget : 600 CHF from midnight until 05h ++plus take of the room (BR)++ smaller and quite easy to work in. You can decide to show a music/sound oriented project - - - hard take on the room - - - Most of the installation should be done after the concert (except if it can work together with the concert).

Tilt is our monthly ravey that takes place in all our spaces, envisioned as the transdisciplinary event in ZW. There are two dance floors and the HALLE is our chilling / smoking area. Budget : 600 CHF to 1000 CHF from 23h until 6h (it can also finish earlier) ++plus of the rooms ++ you can install on Saturday in the afternoon. HALLE is huge and allows for all kinds of projects. BR is excellent for VJ and visual works - - - hard takes on the room - - - The HALLE is also a smoking area, people chat and is slight sound bleeding from BR.
