Terms and Conditions for Referred Clients
Eligibility: This referral program is available to new clients who have been referred to RG Financial Group by an existing client. To be eligible, the referred client must complete an initial consultation or service agreement with RG Financial Group.
Referral Form: To qualify for the referral program, the existing client must complete and submit the referral form provided by RG Financial Group. The form must be submitted before the referred client's initial consultation or service agreement is finalized.
Gift Offer: As a token of appreciation, a special gift will be given to the existing client who referred the new client, once the referred client has engaged RG Financial Group's services. The nature of the gift will be determined by RG Financial Group and is subject to availability.
Client Engagement: The referred client must engage RG Financial Group for a minimum of one tax season to validate the referral. The referred client must not have previously been a client of RG Financial Group.
No Cash Value: The gift provided to the referring client holds no cash value and is non-transferable. RG Financial Group reserves the right to modify or substitute the gift with another item of equal or greater value at its discretion.
Privacy: Information collected through the referral process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the referral program and will be handled in accordance with RG Financial Group’s privacy policy.
Program Changes: RG Financial Group reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels.
Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the referral program, both the existing client and the referred client agree to these terms and conditions.
