    Alaska Fish Art Program

    This form is for ALASKA residents only. If you are not from Alaska please return to the entry form page and select the correct form. 

  • Eligibility:

    • The Fish Art Contest is free and open to all persons in grades K-12 (aged 5-18 years old).
    • Only one entry is allowed per person, previous entries are not eligible.
      An entry consists of an entry form, artwork, and creative writing submission (writing required for grades US participants 4th-12th grade).
      • Creative writing may include a short story, poem, haiku, or another type of writing. Limited to 250 words.
    • Submitted entries may be used by the Forest Service for social media, online outreach, and printed materials.
    • Entries must abide by the guidelines and be submitted by February 28th, 2025

    Alaska entries must feature a native Alaskan Fish.
