Legends Weekend - Autograph Package Pre-Purchase Form

Please use the following form to pre-purchase your Legends Weekend autograph packages from Green Bay Packer Legends, Brett Favre, Gilbert Brown, Santana Dotson, Earl Dotson, Dorsey Levens, Noah Herron and Craig Newsome!

Brett Favre will only be at Champions on Saturday October 12th.

Pre-purchase now as certain packages/merchandise may sell out, so availability of certain items at the event cannot be guaranteed. Players listed are scheduled to appear. No refunds given on purchases for any reason.

At the event:

There will be a dedicated area in the Bunkhouse garage where you can pick up your pre-purchases, and purchase any additional items you may want.
Please give the volunteers your name and you will be given your items that you purchased.
One autograph per ticket purchased is allowed.
Any item you want to have autographed MUST be done so which a purchased autograph ticket and handed to the player at time of signing.
