This form is for sponsors and exhibitors/vendors at the North American Taiko Conference (NATC) in Phoenix from August 29 - Sept. 1, 2025. A load-in and set up day will be provided on Thursday, August 28th.
There are two types of registrations covered by this form:
Exhibitor/Vendor: This is for organizations or companies that would like to have a booth in our marketplace. A single table is 8' long and comes with an approximately 10'x10' space. Additional tables can be requested in your 10'x10', such as a side table or back table. A double table can have two 8' tables in an approximately 20'x10' space. Additional tables can be requested in your space.
Sponsor: A sponsor is a major financial backer of the conference and will be recognized as such in our programming. Please see "Sponsorship Tiers" below. All sponsors are eligible for complimentary table space (double).
This form is due by May 31, 2025.
