Participation and Hold Harmless Agreement

A Model Handbook will be provided, and you will be added to a Facebook page. Read over the instructions to understand all participation requirements. Once available, it will include a link for hotel reservations and details on the weekend.

The Facebook page is where you can ask questions and where all information will be posted.

The fee is $199 for one show or $299 for two designers or shows. Other options are also listed or will be added to the Facebook group.

The $199.00 price does not include Hair and Makeup (but you will be allowed to do your own, which must be approved. Guidelines will be given.

This model fee(s) is for participation only; it does not cover your travel, show tickets, hotel, meals, Photography, tee shirts, or any accommodations during this trip.

Models will be assigned to designers based on sizing and availability. No size requirements exist, and all ages are accepted beginning at age 4.

Payment is due before November 15, 2024, to finalize your spot in the show.

Payment will be made via an invoice from Crossroad. You will receive an invoice within 48 hours of submitting this form. Once you sign up, we will send you an invoice. If the show is canceled for any reason, you will receive a refund, but not a refund for dropping out or not showing up. You will not be added or considered a model until payment is made.

All participants must abide by all of Crossroads and Beauty...It's Everywhere rules, and you must be in good standing with the organization morally and financially.

I agree to hold Crossroads Youth Center, Beauty...It's Everywhere and its officers, employees, and agents free and harmless from and against any losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees, or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to all claims, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly from participation and travel in the Crown CARES New York Fashion Week Show to be held in NYC in February.

Furthermore, I agree to bear any other costs and expenses related to participating or groundless, false, or fraudulent claims.

I understand my responsibility is to carry my liability, health, and auto/travel insurance.

I agree to be at the venue chosen by BIE on Friday afternoon and Saturday of the show dates, February 7-8, 2025, when Crossroads requests it.
