I, the undersigned, hereby grant Gabrielle Touchette Photography, its representatives, employees, and agents (collectively referred to as “the Photographer”), the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use photographs taken of me on July 18, 2025 in connection with a photography session featuring a KraftGeek Tripod.

I understand and agree that these photos may be used:

On the Photographer’s own website(s), social media, portfolio, or other promotional materials, and provided to KraftGeek, whose tripod was featured in the shoot, for use on their website and blog without further notification or compensation to me.

I agree that the photographs may be edited, altered, copied, published, or distributed for any lawful purpose. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final images or any marketing material in which they appear.

I understand that the photos will become the property of the Photographer and will not be returned. I further waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the images.

I release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Gabrielle Touchette Photography, its legal representatives, and KraftGeek from any liability by virtue of the use of my likeness, including but not limited to claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
