Registration Details

Each traveler must submit the registration form and pay the $1,000 per person deposit to reserve a spot on the tour. Total trip cost is $7,495 per person in a shared room. If you would like your own room, there is a single supplement of $1,250. Pre-stay hotel night will be available for an additional cost. Final payment is due 90 days prior to the trip. Upon completion of the registration form you will receive an invoice for the non-refundable deposit. Registrations are accepted in the order received. Your spot on the tour is not confirmed until the registration has been received and the deposit has been paid. If the trip is full, you will be given the option to join the wait list.

Deposits and Final Payments

Your deposit will confirm your booking and save your spot on the tour until the final payment is due. Deposits may be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable, due to the financial commitments we must make to our local tour operators. However, if you are unable to travel with us after paying your deposit, you may choose to transfer the deposit to someone else.

Final payment of the balance of the tour cost is due 90 days prior to trip start date with payment by check, credit card, or bank transfer. Final payments are non-refundable. Non-payment of the final amount due will result in your tour cancellation and loss of deposit. Bookings made after final payment is due, dependent on space availability, must be paid in full.
