Sponsorships are assigned on a "first come, first served" basis. Order of application AND payment will be used to determine which applications are approved. If the level you signed up for becomes sold out, you will be given the option to be on one of the remaining levels.

IMPORTANT:
In the "Comment" field on the online donation form, please type the email address you entered on this sign-up form so we can cross-reference your application with your payment.

Sponsor Agreement:

By submitting this form, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined in the sponsorship levels and commits to providing the selected sponsorship amount upon completing this application. The organizer reserves the right to allocate benefits based on the sponsorship level and payment received.
