I agree to waive and relinquish all claims I may have as a result of participating in wrestling events and trainings, against LAUREL HIGHLANDS WRESTLING BOOSTERS and its officers, agents, servants, and employees, and property owners.
I do hereby fully release and discharge the LAUREL HIGHLANDS WRESTLING BOOSTERS and its officers, agents, servants and employees from any and all claims from injuries, including death, causes of action, demands, judgments, costs and expenses (including attorney fees), damage or loss which I may have, or which any person(s) that I may invite or bring with me to the LAUREL HIGHLANDS WRESTLING BOOSTERS.
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the LAUREL HIGHLANDS WRESTLING BOOSTERS and its officers, agents, servants and employees from any and all claims from injuries, including death, damage or loss which I may have, or which any person(s) that I may invite or bring with me to the LAUREL HIGHLANDS WRESTLING BOOSTERS.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to comply with the RULES AND REGULATIONS. I further verify that I am 16 years of age or older and assume responsibility for the usage and actions of the individuals attending the center as indicated above. Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in the loss of my membership.
