Indicate if you are a branded distributor and the name of the company i.e. Pampered Chef, Tastefully. Note: we already have a Color Street Rep.

TABLE PRICING
We will provide (2) chairs per vendor and # of tables you sign up for. The table sizes are (6’x 2.5'). The table is your approximate space you have for setting up. If you do not want the actual table set up in your space, please indicate below in the table comments.

I would like my tables(s) to be positioned with a wall behind the table. Please Add $5.00 per table. These are subject to availability. We will be refunded if we cannot accommodate.
If you do not need a table for your display, please let us know. However, the spots are signed up for in terms of table spaces.

Would you like to have access to electricity (1 plug). Add $10.00. These are subject to availability. Will be refunded if we cannot accommodate.
Total Amount Due
Each vendor is asked to provide an item to be donated for raffle. Please list the item you will be including in the raffle. Send us a photo, if possible. This will help with event advertising. Item must be provided by 8:30 AM to allow us time to set up. Thank you! Vendors are able to buy a raffle ticket for $5 at the door.
If you do not receive a confirmation email confirming that your Jotform submission has been received, then you MUST contact us at stjulianacraftfair@gmail.com in order to secure your spot.

PLEASE NOTE: Wall, Electric, and corner spots are limited and will be sold on a first come/first serve basis. Electric includes one (1) outlet, please bring extension cord. We will refund you if you paid and we are not able to acommodate the request.

Exhibitors are fully responsible for the care, safety and security of their own property. St. Juliana will assume no responsibility or liability for damage, loss, or theft of works or property. Exhibits must be supervised at all times. Acceptance in the Craft Show is at the discretion of the St. Juliana Mothers’ Club Board.
