All Grant Requests must be reviewed by building (or appropriate) administrator to assure project aligns with the building/school/district initiatives and can confirm building/other funds are not for your project.

Reminder that WEF will review all submissions and determine how to allocate available funds and may approve all or part of a request based on guidelines/availability or may contact you with questions or suggestions for resubmitting or deny.

Decisions are based on Gifts That Keep Giving (i.e reusable items like books/equipment) with a goal of high return on value to as many students or students in need as possible.

Grants do NOT cover consumables (food, incentives, transportations, salaries, registrations) or any on-going/solo funding or for individuals.

Make sure there is clear statement of purpose/value and what current gap this fulfills.

Please make sure you have checked for building/district/PTO/booster/parent funding as well

If approved, please be sure to provide photos of how the grant was used (i.e students playing instruments or using microscopes, etc.) for publication to inform the Waverly community of ways grants are being rewarded.
