MHAFB Officers' Spouses' Club Membership Application

Membership to the OSC is $35.00 (+Credit fees) for the 2024-2023 year. Dues are collected from each member and used to host and facilitate social events.  With your membership, the OSC with be able to operate year after year; providing officer spouses with community, outreach opportunities, and partnership with an organization dedicated to bettering our military family. Due to the private organization standards at Mountain Home AFB, you are required to sign stating you have read: 

1. The OSC is a private organization and we do not use Department of Defence funds nor are we apart of the DoD and have no governement standings. 
2. We opperate under the bi-laws and consitutions established by the OSC and published on our website. These are reviewed every two years for updates and legal submission. The JAG on base has a copy of these legally binding documents and the OSC and it's members will adhear to them. 
3. The OSC is resonsible for the assets and liabilities of the club, and in no way is the federal government liable, may any issues arrise within the club or at an event.
