from school to Home/Before/After School Program. I understand that the transportation will be provided by BBN Transport & Agency, and I consent to my child's participation in this activity. I acknowledge that all reasonable safety precautions will be taken by the staff, and I will not hold BBN Transport & Agency, its employees, or its volunteers responsible for any unforeseen accidents that may occur during transportation.
