Welcome to Nundah Swimming, Queensland's first swim club. We're a family focused amateur swim club, here to help kids achieve their personal goals and participate in the wonderful sport of swimming.

Volunteering for the Sharks

Volunteering from parents is how we keep our fees so low. Each family is expected to volunteer for three (3) club nights each term.

Timekeepers needed every week, club nights can not start until we have our timekeepers.

Conditions of participation

In signing this form,

I am acknowledging that I have read and fully understand the Rules of Engagement detailed in the Nundah Sharks Members Handbook and Rulebook (or visit our Memberships webpage) including, but not limited to, the Swimmers Code of Conduct and the Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct.

I also acknowledge and fully understand that the information I have provided within this form will be retained by the Nundah Sharks Secretary and will not be used for any other purpose other than communications issued by the Nundah Sharks Committee.

I hereby authorise the Nundah Sharks Swimming Club to publish the photographs and videos taken of me and/or the minor children, and our names, listed above, for use in their printed, audio and video publications and website.

I release the Nundah Sharks Swimming Club from any expectation of confidentiality for the minor children, listed above, and myself and attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the children listed below and that I have the authority to authorise Nundah Sharks Swimming Club to use their photographs and names. I acknowledge that since participation in publications and websites produced by the Nundah Sharks Swimming Club is voluntary, neither the minor children nor I will receive financial compensation.

I further agree that participation in any publication and website produced by the Nundah Sharks Swimming Club confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release the Nundah Sharks Swimming Club, its contractors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the participation of the minor children, listed above.

I also hereby acknowledge that in signing on with the Nundah Sharks Swimming Club it is our family’s responsibility to complete a minimum of six voluntary duties at Friday club nights to assist with the running of the club.
