  • 2025-26 School Year Student Application for Invictus Nashville Charter School

  • Welcome to the application process for the 2025-26 school year at Invictus Nashville Charter School (INCS). We are thrilled to offer seats for our Elementary Grades (Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades).

    Participation in Invictus Nashville enrollment is based on parental choice or the choice of a legal guardian. INCS will enroll students without discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, income level, sexual orientation, disability, proficiency in the English language, or academic ability.

    All eligible students who submit a timely application shall be enrolled in the school, unless the number of applications exceeds the capacity of the program, in which case enrollment preferences and a lottery shall be instituted pursuant to state law and State Board rules.

     

    Important Dates:

    • Open Enrollment Period: October 21, 2024 – February 14, 2025
    • Enrollment Lottery: February 19, 2025
    • Decision Notification: By February 21, 2025

    Applications submitted after February 14, 2025, will be automatically placed on the waitlist.

    To ensure your application is processed correctly, please complete all fields with accurate information that matches your student’s legal documents, such as their birth certificate.

  • In accordance with TN Code § 49-13-113, students who meet certain criteria may qualify for an enrollment preference if a lottery is necessary. To determine eligibility for these preferences, we will need to collect some additional information as well as documentation to verify affiliation with that preference group.

    INCS will enroll students without discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, income level, sexual orientation, disability, proficiency in the English language, or academic ability.

    Please note: You are NOT REQUIRED to answer the questions pertaing to assistance or group affilitaion. However, if you choose not to respond, your student will not be considered for these enrollment preferences.

  • Economically Disadvantaged Enrollment Preference

    "Economically disadvantaged" is defined as a homeless, foster, runaway, or migrant student or a student eligible for free or reduced-price school meals or milk through the direct certification eligibility guidelines.

    • If you checked off any of the boxes above, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE for this enrollment preference. After you have submitted this application, you will receive an email with guidance on how to provide documentation supporting this eligibility.  Failure to provide the correct documentation will deem your student ineligible for this enrollment preference.

      If you did not qualify given the questions above, you still may qualify through Household Income Eligibilty. You do not need to complete this section if you have already qualified in a previous section.

    • Economically Disadvantaged Enrollment Preference - Household Income Eligibility Determination 

    • If your student is not determined eligible through one of the programs above, families still may be eligible based on their COMBINED HOUSEHOLD INCOME.

      PLEASE NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THIS SECTION IF YOUR STUDENT/HOUSEHOLD HAS BEEN DETERMINED ELIGIBLE AS ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BY ONE OF THE PROGRAMS LISTED ABOVE.

Families making at or below the annual income amount, based on household size, meet the income eligibility criteria. Verification must include total income of all household family members as indicated on Pre-K Income Eligibility Application.
