Due to the high volume of applicants, our response time may vary, and we apologise for any delay. We sincerely value every person who contacts us and appreciate your desire to be a part of our team.

Before we proceed with the application process, there are a few important details we’d like to share:

Availability
If you are applying to be a Custos Care carer, we require that you are available for at least the next three months. During this period, you should be available for a minimum of two out of every three days.

While we do offer part-time work, consistent and frequent availability is essential to ensure continuity of care for our clients.

Local Hiring:
While we welcome applications from carers outside our immediate area, most of our work is based in West London (Chelsea, Westminster, Belgravia, etc.). Some assignments may require as little as two hours of work, and for those commuting from farther away, this may not be economically viable. Please consider this when applying.

Personal Care:
Although we have a number of roles focused on companionship care, we also need carers who are comfortable providing personal care or are willing to progress into such roles. Personal care duties such as tending to clients' personal hygiene enable us to provide more support, especially in emergency situations.
