Teachers today find it challenging to bring climate and sustainability themes into classrooms. To support schools and teachers in their work, we are organising the second International Conference on Ecosocial Education, held within the framework of the EUKI project Classroom for life.
The conference is designed for primary and secondary school teachers, students of pedagogical studies and/or teacher education programmes, and other stakeholders from the field of education. The main theme of the conference is “Education and training for climate justice”.
Day one of the conference will take place on 26. September 2024 in an online format and will be open to the international public. Two expert speakers will join the programme: dr. Daniel Christian Wahl and Dr. Mirela Sertić Perić.
The part of the conference that will be held in English will begin at 9:00 CEST and finish at 12:00 CEST. The masterclasses will be held in two languages (EN/SI).
The conference is free of charge.
