    Save yourself time and "Think Sync!"

    Medication synchronization (more commonly known as "MedSync") has become an increasingly popular and successful way of simplifying your medication regimen and helps you take your medications as intended by your provider(s).This program also helps save you time and money by reducing your trips to the pharmacy, among other things.

    Here is what you can expect from this program:

    • Fewer trips to the pharmacy! 
    • We coordinate your medications to all come due at the same time, which means one single pick-up date (in certain circumstances, two pick up dates may be necessary.

    • Never run out of medication refills! 
    • We automatically begin filling your prescriptions before you run out!  We allot ourselves ample time to process your prescriptions, as well as get any "special order" medications ordered so they arrive at the pharmacy before you are completely out.

      We also contact your provider's office(s) well in advance to obtain refills.  If there is ever a problem obtaining a refill, we contact you personally.

      • Which medications can be synchronized?
        Any medication that you take regularly for a chronic condition is recommended to be enrolled in MedSync. Medications that are taken only as needed or only for a short time are not recommended (this would be things like short-term antibiotics, creams/ointments, etc
      • What if I have a change in my medication(s)?
        Medication changes happen! Please notify us as soon as possible if you have a new or change in medication. We will make the necessary change(s) and "short fill" the updated prescription with enough medication to match up to your next MedSync cycle date, then flawlessly resume your normal schedule!

      • So what do I need to do to enroll?
        List the medications that you would like enrolled in MedSync below and we will take
        care of the rest! Once we receive your submission, we will review it and contact you if we have any questions.  Please note: prescriptions that are NOT on your MedSync profile will still need to be called in by you, whether by phone, website or our Rx365 mobile app. Also, if you have a change in a medication (or your medication schedule, for pouch packaging), please let us know as soon as possible.
