Volunteer Agreement and Release
Assumption of Risk:*

I acknowledge that participation in volunteer activities, including but not limited to gardening tasks and general indoor and outdoor clean-up, may involve inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injuries, exposure to hazardous materials, and the effects of weather conditions. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability:*

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Servant’s Oasis, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and any other affiliated persons (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in the volunteer activities, including any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of negligence by the Released Parties.
Medical Treatment: *

I authorize the Released Parties to seek emergency medical treatment for me and/or my child if necessary and agree to be responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.
Photographic Release:*

I grant Servant’s Oasis permission to use any photographs, videos, or other media of me and/or my child taken during the volunteer activities for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.
Confidentiality: *

I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or personal information that I may come into contact with during my volunteer activities.
Compliance with Rules:*

I agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by Servant’s Oasis and understand that failure to do so may result in the termination of my participation in the volunteer activities.
