Request each institution to send official transcripts to the Registrar, Fort Hays Tech | North Central. If currently enrolled, a final transcript must also be mailed to the Registrar’s Office at the conclusion of the semester. List all colleges/universities attended even if not credit was earned.

    • Do you have a valid Learner Permit? This is required before enrolling in CDL 115 Drive Training Course.*

    • If you entered “no” to to having a valid Learner Permit, you are not yet eligible to apply and enroll in CDL 115.

    • Have you completed an Entry Level Drive Training Theory Course? This course must be completed before enrolling in the drive course. Theory classes and Behind the Wheel classes must be completed within a year of each other.*

    • If you entered “no” to completing the Entry Level Drive Training Course you are not eligible to apply and register in CDL 115.

    • CNA/CMA Fall 2026 

    • CNA and CMA classes are online/hybrid. This means that the class portion is online, but the lab and clinicals will be in-person. Students need to check the lab and clinical schedule on our website to make sure they are able to attend all dates on the schedule. If you can NOT attend all dates, please do not sign up for the course, as these dates are required. Find course schedules at fhtechnc.edu/cna or fhtechnc.edu/cma

      High school students need meet additional state requirements to receive the CTE eligible cost rate. Requirements below:

      -Be a junior or senior
      -Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
      -Have completed at least one-half of the credit hours required for graduation according to their school district's graduation policy.
      -High school transcript AND CTE Compliance Form is needed before a seat will be held in the course. To request the CTE Compliance Form or to send your recent transcript, please use admissions@fhtechnc.edu. IF you are currently taking a CTE course and have submitted both of these, you do not need to send them again.

      High school students who have the application and all paperwork in need to call to pay the reduced rate. Please call in at 785-738-9003.

       No seat is reserved until payment and all proper documentation is provided to the college. No refunds will be issued after enrolling in the course.
