    Dear Planning Officers,

I am writing to formally object to the planning application 24/2686/OUT. My objections are based on several significant concerns as outlined below:

    1. High-rise estate of 31 buildings up to 29 storeys will devastate suburban Edgware.

    2. Removal of Broadwalk Centre & Bus Station which are vital retail & community facilities.

    3. Doubling the population in central Edgware will cause overcrowding and increase crime.

    4. 70% fewer parking spaces & no commuter parking will cripple Edgware.

    5. Lack of accessibility will severely impact disabled and vulnerable residents.

    6. 13 years of construction will cause unbearable congestion, noise, dust, and air pollution.

    7. Underground bus garage will pose significant fire risks under high-rise estate.

  • Please also consider the representations made by Save Our Edgware & the Edgware Community Association as expressing my own concerns. I have agreed that this form will be submitted to the planning authorities for the above planning application.
