Vendor Details & Guidelines* This field is required. Food Truck Vendors: Setup Time: Begins at 8:00 AM Electricity: No electricity is provided outdoors. Please bring your own power source (note that loud generators are not allowed). Parking and Space: You’ll be directed to your designated space upon arrival. Please make sure your setup fits within your assigned area. Indoor Vendors: Electricity is available inside the building. Outdoor Vendors: Please bring your own power source (no loud generators allowed). Section 3: Vendor Responsibilities Space Management: Vendors are responsible for setting up and managing their own space, including keeping it clean and disposing of trash properly. Security: The event does not provide security; vendors are responsible for securing their space and belongings. Handling Transactions: Vendors are responsible for providing their own change and money for customer transactions. The event will not supply cash or change. Important Guidelines: Follow event safety protocols and be mindful of other vendors and attendees. Respect event rules, as we reserve the right to ask vendors to adjust or remove items that don’t comply.

Failure to Exhibit* This field is required.In the event a Vendor fails to exhibit in the space allocated to him/her on opening day, the Expo may make such use of said space, as it sees fit, without any liability whatsoever to the Vendor who shall remain liable for the payment of the total booth price due under contract & without refund, whether space is resold or not.

Food Truck Vendors:

Setup Time: Begins at 8:00 AM

Electricity: No electricity is provided outdoors. Please bring your own power source (note that loud generators are not allowed).

Parking and Space: You’ll be directed to your designated space upon arrival. Please make sure your setup fits within your assigned area.

Indoor Vendors: Electricity is available inside the building.

Outdoor Vendors: Please bring your power source (no loud generators allowed)
