  • Product Categories

  • Category 1: Raw or minimally processed farm products

  • [1] Product requires a Mobile Vendor's License

    [2] Product requires a Nursery Dealer License and a Nursery Inspection Certificate

  • List the Category 1 products you will sell.

  • Category 2: Cottage foods and non-refrigerated baked goods

    All Category 2 foods must be made from scratch using raw ingredients. Products made from prepared doughs and mixes are not permitted. Practices will be discussed in detail during your site visit.
  • [3] Non-Potentially Hazardous. Products requiring refrigeration, acidified foods, and ready-to-eat foods and beverages are Category 3.

  • Category 3: Regulated food products

  • [1] Product requires a Mobile Vendor's License

    [3] Product requires production in a Certified Commerical Kitchen or Food Processing Establishment

    [4] Product requires an FDA short course certification and ODA license

    [5] Product requires a RFE Prepared Food License

  • Category 4: Farm crafts & arts vendors

    Farm craft products must be primarily produced from materials grown or harvested by the vendor. Soaps and body products must be made from scratch by the vendor. Preference will be given to crafts that use local farm product or ingredients.  Non-farm crafts must be produced from original materials. No assembled items, kits, or resale items are permitted. Starting materials must be significantly altered in a value-added fashion by the artisan. All craft products must be of original, unique work or design, and be of acceptable quality. Products must meet basic expectations of product life, function and safety. The Market reserves the right to limit the sale of any product.

  • I acknowledge that I have been provided with a copy of the Haymaker Farmers' Market Vendor Rules, Haymaker Farmers’ Market Producer-Only Guidelines, and Anti-Harassament & Anti-Discrimination Policy and that I will abide by these rules and guidelines.

    I understand that I will be responsible for being aware of and obtaining any and all licenses and inspections as required by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and by the governing Health Department and following all of their requirements.

    I also understand my participation may be terminated without refund of fees for violation of the market rules and that no refund will be given for vendor fees.
