The entry fee for the 2024 Members' Exhibition is $40. Pay online with a credit card at the bottom of the form or with the WBCA front desk, 651-407-0597. Payment must be received by Friday, November 1, 2024 by 4:00 PM for entry to be considered official.

In an effort to foster upcoming generations of artists, WBCA offers scholarship
opportunities. If you are interested in utilizing or contributing to these funds, please contact WBCA at 651-407-0597.

Exhibition Guidelines

Artwork in the gallery must be listed with a sales price or denoted not for sale (NFS). Reminder, when determining the price, please include a 30% commision as a professional courtesty to WBCA.

Insurance Value

Submit one image for 2D artwork or up to two images for 3D artwork. Images must be .jpg, .jpeg, or .png. Minimum image size is 400 KB. Maximum image size is 12 MB. Please ensure that images are high-quality and ready for online viewing.

Waiver

Reasonable care will be taken in handling and displaying artwork, but no responsibility is assumed by White Bear Center for the Arts (WBCA) for loss or damage of any kind. Submission of work indicates acceptance of these conditions and agreement that digital or photographic images may be used for publicity purposes by WBCA, including on social media and the WBCA website.

Artist agrees to drop off artwork on:
- Friday, November 15, 10:30 AM-2:30 PM
- Saturday, November 16, 10:30 AM-2:30 PM

Artist agrees to pick up artwork on:
- Friday, January 17, 10:30 AM-2:30 PM
- Saturday, January 18, 10:30 AM-2:30 PM

All artwork must remain on display throughout the duration of the show. Artwork must be picked up during one of the times listed above. A late fee of $15, plus $5 per week, will be assessed for any items not picked up by 2:30 PM on Saturday, January 18, 2025 (no exceptions).
