1. Membership is available to anyone 21 years of age or older.

2. You can join or cancel at any time, but once you are charged we will not offer refunds.

3. We will charge your card on file on the Tuesday of the ROOTS Subcription and then deliver that Wednesday to your doorstep.

4. Once you join, if you are not a current club member we will call you to get credit card information to enroll you in this club.

FOR ONGOING SUBSCRIPTIONS: I acknowledge that I have selected an Ongoing Membership subscription, meaning that the amount of the chosen monthly subscription will be processed on a recurring basis every month. By submitting your order for an Ongoing Membership you authorize to process the recurring charge to the credit or debit card you have provided until you cancel. You may cancel at any time directly on your account page, by calling (925-215-0717) or emailing our customer service (wineclub@mcgrailvineyards.com). The recipient will receive no further shipments as of that date. If a shipment is in transit when you cancel, you will still be responsible for that shipment, but no further charges will be made. Shipments already delivered at the time you cancel are non-refundable.
