Aloha and Mahalo for inquiring about a tattoo during the Cars and Coffee events held with RHDAZ. In order to help streamline the tattooing process, please fill out any relevant information we may need for your appointment below. If there is a question you do not understand or are not sure how to answer, give your best guess and let me know at the end how I can help. Once this has been filled out you will be automatically put onto a waitlist and from then you will be contacted for more information. Please keep in mind that the shop minimum is $100 and it comes with a free drink from the cafe. No Cover ups allowed on this day, if you would like to inquire about a coverup, please fill out a request form for a regular day.
