Form Instructions
SCIT evaluates prior coursework from accredited educational institutions and academically equivalent experience documented in military transcripts. Evaluations for prior credit may be submitted at any time. Upon evaluation, SCIT may grant transfer credit, potentially reducing the time required to complete a program of study.
You will need to provide official or unofficial transcripts from each listed educational institution for evaluation. You may upload your transcripts to this form (PDF preferred) or you may email your transcripts to registrar@scitech.edu. If you are ordering official transcripts, please have them mailed to:

Following receipt of this form and accompanying transcripts, please allow up to 2 weeks for evaluation. You will receive an email from the Registrar's Office with the outcomes of the evaluation along with instructions should you wish to appeal the evaluation results. If you would like to know the status of your prior credit evaluation, please contact the Registrar's Office by emailing registrar@scitech.edu.
Notice to Veteran Students
If you are a veteran student seeking to utilize benefits from the U.S. Veteran's Administration (VA), you are required to complete this form prior to beginning your studies. Please make sure to specify all transcripts you would like evaluated for prior credit, including any available military transcripts. If you do not have any transcripts to submit for evaluation, please make sure to indicate so on the form.
In order to obtain your Military Joint Services Transcript (JST), please go to https://jst.doded.mil/. The JST is available for current and former members of the Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy. Current and former members of the Air Force can request transcripts from the Communicate College of the Air Force (CCAF) at the following link: https://www.airuniversity.af.edu/Registrar/Transcript-Requests/
