No as team members are not qualified Occupational Therapist's and are not fully informed of individual circumstances we do not recommend products. We can provide information for you to make a decision.
How do I arrange a trial of equipment?
An Occupational Therapist needs to be involved to prescribe, initiate and commence a product trial. Please complete the above form to get the process started.
How long can I trial a product for?
Following an assessment by an Occupational Therapist the Standard trial duration is 7 days.
Are there any products that can't be trialled?
Items under $500 in sale value are not available for in home trial. Please contact our team via 02 9714 1177 or communitycare@alphalifecare.com.au to arrange to view these products at our showrooms.
Are the trial products new?
No the trial products are from our hire fleet. If you wish to purchase the product you will be supplied a new product, the same as the trial item.
Can I hire the trial equipment at the end of the trial?
Yes, if you would like to hire the item, please advise prior to the end of the 7 days and provide payment details.
What if I need same day delivery?
It would depend on driver availability and there would be an additional same day delivery charge.
