OAA 2024 - Skills Development Award Entry Form

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AWARD ENTRY FORM

The Outstanding Skills Development Award will recognise innovation and excellence from companies in their efforts to bring new talent into the offshore oil and gas and renewables industries, or to develop existing talent within these industries. The judges are seeking evidence of success in the development, assessment and recognition of employees. This may take the form of:

· Graduate schemes

· Apprenticeships e.g. Foundation, Modern and Graduate

· Skills conversion programmes

· Upskilling and or reskilling initiatives

· Talent retention programmes

· Specialist internal training programmes

· School engagement activities either developed solely by your company, or in conjunction with another company or training/industry body.

The judges are particularly interested in schemes that seek to upskill and/or reskill an existing workforce as part of a diversification strategy. Please do not submit other supporting information - only the answers provided in this form will be judged.
