OAA 2024 - Skills Development Award Entry Form

SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION AWARD ENTRY FORM

The Significant Contribution Award will recognise an individual who has made the most significant professional contribution to the offshore energy industry above and beyond their day-to-day role. The judges are interested to hear from candidates who meet one or more of the following criteria:

Have made a significant contribution to the industry over time – perhaps through involvement in industry / professional / governmental organisations
Demonstrated outstanding leadership – either within their own organisation or more widely in the industry
Articulated and driven the implementation of a clear vision either within their own organisation or more widely in the industry
Have made a significant difference to the industry or to society by their actions

The entry form can be completed in two ways:

1. By a 3rd party on behalf of the individual.

2. By the individual themselves, with at least two supporting letters from independent third parties willing to recommend the recipient.

Please do not submit other supporting information - only the answers provided in this form will be judged.
