COLLABORATION AWARD ENTRY FORM

The Collaboration Award will recognize the efforts of two or more companies or individuals who collaborate to either increase efficiencies, reduce cost, reduce risk, or reduce environmental impact within offshore energy.

Entries can include internal company initiatives and programmes or technology developments that meet these objectives.

Judges will look for evidence of a clear business strategy, development / adaptation of technology and processes, as well as identification people development / training.

Please do not submit other supporting information - only the answers provided on this form will be judged.
