OAA 2024 - Skills Development Award Entry Form

INDUSTRY EXPERT AWARD ENTRY FORM

The Industry Expert Award recognises individuals, regardless of their role or size of the organisation, who have brought significant improvements to their workplace, the wider industry or the community. This could be in areas such as the development of a process or procedure, an attitude towards work, volunteering efforts in support of the offshore industry – anything which goes over and above what is required of that person’s day-to-day role.

The entry form can be completed in two ways:

By a 3rd party on behalf of the individual.
By the individual themselves, with at least two supporting letters from independent third parties willing to recommend the recipient.
