This form is to be completed to request approval for exceptions to the University Policy 1109: Poster Posting Policy and Procedure. For concerns regarding free speech infringement or bias incident reporting please submit the relevant form which is linked below.
The Poster Posting Policy applies to postings in any building or other property owned, leased, or controlled by George Mason University. This policy does not apply to posted materials that are required by law or official University posted materials, approved by the Office of University Branding, Risk, Safety & Resilience, Auxiliary Services and Operations, or Facilities Administration. It does not apply to items covered by University Policy 1112.
Please fully review the Poster Posting Policy and Procedure before completing the exception request form below. The form will then be reviewed and evaluated by the exceptions committee and you can expect to be notified within 10 business days.
