Hotel Accommodations

Individuals with a bleeding disorder and/or families with a person in their household who has a bleeding disorder will be provided with two nights at the hotel with the cost of registration (registration to the Annual Meeting is limited to immediate family members of the person with the bleeding disorder living in the same household). THBDF will secure lodging for registered participants; you will receive your reservation confirmation from THBDF two weeks in advance of the start of the meeting.

Per hotel rules, single registration can only be made for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have a credit card.

Each family will be requested to provide a credit card to the hotel during hotel check-in for any incidentals and/or damage. THBDF is not responsible for accidental or intentional damage to hotel property.

If you require special accommodations (i.e. handicap accessible room, rollaway bed, crib, refrigerators, etc.) please make a note below. The Foundation will make every effort to make these arrangements on your behalf.
