Registration information for ATIH Workshop
The workshop includes:
- 4-day ATIH workshop
- Mindfold eye meditation mask for new participants: www.mindfold.com
Workshop fee:
4-day workshop fee: 333 EUR
Important:
If you want to register, please pay a 100 EUR deposit.
The rest of the workshop fee is to be paid until March 1st, 2025.
You'll also receive an email once the workshop is confirmed. Please don't book your plane/train/bus ticket, or any accommodation until then.
Location and accommodation
The workshop will be held at Belgrade, Serbia. More details to follow after your registration.
Preparations:
What to bring to the workshop: a blanket, possibly meditation pillow, water bottle, pen, notepad.
Please wear comfortable clothes.
After the workshop Lu Ka will send the most important exercises via e-mail.
We will start at 09:30. Please come half an hour before for registration.
The workshop will take place every day from 09:30 until about 18:30.
We have at least three breaks. The longer break (1h) is for lunch.
We recommend staying close to the workshop room during the breaks. This keeps everyone in their energy flow.
Daily participation in the workshop is necessary for you and for the other participants. There are many exercises in pairs. The whole workshop takes place in a relaxed atmosphere. This is ensured by Lu Ka.

With signing up to the workshop you also agree that NO RECORDING of the workshop is allowed whatsoever.
However, LuKa will provide guided meditations for you to listen after the workshop.
