My Joyful Heart is a Mokena-based 501(c)3 Christian orginization that provides both encouragement and necessities to children in need throughout Chicagoland. We serve through 50+ schools and churches. The children receive 4 gift bags a year and one for their birthday. We share scripture and Christ's love with the children in many different ways. Christmas Giving Tree

Please complete the form below, once this form is received, we will work to get the information to you by mid to end of October. We have a few different ways you can help:

Traditional Giving Tree where you pick up the tags from our office and hang them on a tree. The gifts are returned unwrapped, in gift bags by December 1st. There is no set amount on what to spend per child but the wishes are taken directly from their enrollment forms.
Digital Giving Tree - a list of individual children to shop for accessible via sign-up genius. The gifts are returned unwrapped, in gift bags by December 1st. There is no set amount on what to spend per child but the wishes are taken directly from their enrollment forms.
Generic Drives with a list of item suggestions that many children ask for.

For options #1 & #2, each tag represents one of the 1,000 children in the program. It will include a few items that would be great if you can purchse: footwear if they indicated (Boots, Shoes or Slippers), Warm Pajamas and a gift or two that they asked for. These needs vary widely by child, it could be additional clothes, a game, doll, item for their room or something they have always wished for. These gifts are due back no later than Dec 1st. (We can also split the tags to be more cost conscious, 1 child on two separate tags).

For option #3, we will provide a flyer that you can use to share with your company, group, family, or followers. This can be dropped off at anytime until Dec 19th.
